NVidia and Microsoft Win 10 don't play fair with each other... if your having problems, like CTD after the Cinematic screens...then try this, I have noticed the advice given on this subject is right to do.. but I will add to this...If you must go back a NVidia driver that once worked well with windows 10 Like: 368.81-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql I have found this driver works well with FNV...give it a try...

I came across the same problem, It was the Mod named "Summerwear Nude Cloth for Companions and Settlers" by Spoonweg...that caused the problem for me...If in doubt, try disabling all armor or clothing that changes the bodys Meshes...enable each mod to find when the problems fixes itself...then don't use the mod that changes the body....Hope this helps... Newbie myself...
