how do you even edit the vinilla body of the vampirelord

I tried this but the game doesn't recognize the file after I edited the file... :sad: could you not go into the Jslot and simply change what its referencing to femalebody_1_s.dds instead of Estrusfemalebody_1_s.dds for each problem preset rather than create a whole new file? because the line "data" : "textures\\actors\\character\\female\\estrusfemalebody_1_s.dds", is what the racemenu mod uses to find the file that it needs to use in connection with that Preset mod.

to have a mod where it puts a Gandalf (LOTR) npc who if you bring him a Deadre item he says Gandalf saying "(insert deadre artifact) is all together evil"

been going a while now and not entirely game immersion breaking but. I don't seem to have quivers or bolts Visible when I equip them, whats more I noticed just recently that an npc seem to have there bolts visible like you would expect.

i say this because when i boot vortex up lately all my plugins are missing in the plugins tab but mods are installed. So i surmised hitting deploy mods in the mods tab would bring them back (it did) and shift highlight all plugins and enable would enable all of them. it is a little annoying to have to do but it works.

hitting deploy brings them back its just a pain in the bum

not noticed this before but when my followers unsheathe there swords and are out of combat they adopt the two handed idle, (see image) and the sword is floating in the position. in addition sometimes the weapon gets incorporated into the idle animations I've installed. also quivers and bolts are missing

i deleted 1st person from here 'Data\Meshes\Actors\Character\ and boom

managed to fix it as of this moment. it was suggested in another feed that to solve the problem you should only use one type of body (E.g.UNP) for any and all mods where possible as step one the other thing was to uninstall my joy of prospective mod and the skeleton i am using then reinstall in that order making sure the joy of prospective was ticked in the skeleton install wizard

well it worked no problem now looks like we will have to wait lol thanks for the assist 07 cmdr so the fix REMOVE ALL ADD ONS To the racemenu anything that would be attached to the sliders eyes hair lips tats etc (excluding body texture replacers like cbbe) the above suggest just hair i took it a step further for failsafe looks like the script extender is needed for mods related to racemenu but for now unlike skyrim it don't exist

as I say it freeze then un freezes after doing precisely nothing that you've asked, I'll look into the hair thing, I'll also see if its just the initial race menu not the console command initiated one to see if it has anything to do with scripted stuff. seems odd it would be the hair as skyrim le has no problem

i've seen others with this problem but they get full ctd where as i don't get that my problem is i'm starting a new game, i get all the way to the "who are you" bit and whilst in the menu i can select which ever race i want (I've tried them all) but as soon as i go to change gender the game freezes, if i wait which after the first few test i didn't the game comes back with no change made try again same thing. god i thought i was the only one with mine it just freezes and if it comes back to life it shows no change I've attempted to make other than the race i have chosen, I've tried it for all the races to see if its just a bug in that particular race because once sksese comes out we can just port the presets we have made. but no luck it does all the same.
