There is already a mod called silver spike and it is a dagger. If you really want a weapon that harms undead, it's as simple as opening up CK and double clicking a weapon, then go over to the papyrus script on bottom right side of the weapon, and add silversword script.

LE Growing/Crafting more ingredients
hadoumastery replied to GirlGamer55's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
I completely agree, salt and garlic are valuable trade, and food items. Even by today's standards, and even more so back in the medieval times like Skyrim is placed in. And it's really an easy fix, just add more to a merchant, most likely alchemy merchants or general stores. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25856 your request is fulfilled. -
It's a good idea. But I just don't think a bandit of any kind would ever truly yield without first having a plan to stab you in the back later.
-
Technically, you only really need someone to modify the adoption script. And someone to modify your house to have more child beds. -I also agree, I want this.

I don't mean there aren't any spawns. I just want to increase the spawns. My only problem even though I have experience with CK, I have yet to figure out how to do spawns. Trying atm though. Hopefully I will get the hang of it. I understand how to put people in a place, but not exactly how to make a recurring spawn of 1 or 2 monsters in a city per every 3-4 days, or a 4-7 mob spawn per every 2-3 days in the wilderness.

So I was thinking about how the older elder scrolls had this "it gets more dangerous at night" feel, because things like goblins and spellblades and a few other creatures would come out at night, even in cities. And I was just thinking, although Skyrim cities are too small, and they have too many guards to do this, not to mention too many essential quest characters that can die, but what about just making it so monster spawns out on the roads/wilderness were a little more deadly. And I'm not talking about simple wolves, but some actual ghoulish and goblin like creatures, bring back some of the old Skyrim danger, and maybe even every once in awhile, an ogre, or something. And of course, spellblades and thieves, they were always a greater danger at night in the old games.

Believe it or not, this is as simple as opening up CK, going to magic>enchant and selecting an enchantment (or creating a new one) and then editing the spell cost to be 0. And then applying said enchantment to the weapon you want it on. And then just give it to a follower.
-
Just take a look at the CK for 5 minutes, inspect the way armor and weapons are set up by double clicking on them, and believe me, you will get a very quick idea of what to do, not to mention, leveled lists are as easy as drag and drop, or pressing the delete key while something is selected. And if you don't understand how to edit armor looks. Just look at the little thing near bottom right in it, and you will see something like "BladesArmorAA" that's pretty much the mesh and texture readout right there, and it has male and female versions. And you can select the body parts pretty simple, they are in plain view as soon as you open up an armor with CK.

Yes, just search the nexus on advanced search for companion or follower as a keyword. Oh, there's also one for marriage if I remember right.

I think new katana animations would give a lot of immersion to this potential mod. The current sword animations lack technique and grace, a major prerequisite of a disciplined Samurai Warrior. Im no modder but i dont think it would be that difficult. Two down strokes, two up strokes and a single stroke down the middle, kinda like this video. http://youtu.be/QCNrUbmYm1k skip to 1:20 and watch trough 1:35 those are all the animation we would need. Any hooo i think the mod is a very great idea, i hope someone gets started on it. Any kind of animation to replace the default ones would be better, currently I look at my character in 3rd person and think "what kind of idiot would spend that much energy and that much time making a single strike with a weapon". Just looking at it, even a person who knows nothing about fighting can see that moving like that would be a waste of time. Especially with daggers.

Agreed, having a falcon would be pretty awesome.

This guy/girl was obviously drunk or high when posting this, it's very unclear what they want at all.

LE [Request] Silent Unarmed Stealth Kill
hadoumastery replied to GorillaSnacks's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
Technically you just need the animation, then add it to the current list of kill animations for unarmed combat (or the sneak attack list). After that it's just script unarmed attacks to be silent. Or.. I don't think you even have to script to do it. I've never tried it myself, but I' am familiar with CK, and I think you can adjust the sound level for fists in the game since they are actually considered a weapon. -
LE Skillss: Athletics/Acrobatics (rockclimbing)
hadoumastery replied to Northener's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
Or you can just create a perk that sets all falling damage to 0. Or you can even create an enchant and put it on an item. Or get one of those teleportation spell mods. -
This is actually very easy to put into the game. Just study how all of the other ones were applied and you should be able to make your own just fine, and you don't even need a giant wall to learn from, it's as simple as making a new book and reading it. What you do is apply the shout as something you can learn from the book, then place the book on a vendor in the world somewhere, and there you go. You have a shout book. If there was anything you wanted to edit on the shout itself, it can be found around the magic section in the CK.

LE SPOILER: I Command you to Kill, so says the Deadra Lord
hadoumastery replied to daventry's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
Well, one thing about these quests is that they are meant to be for evil-like characters. But I can see how you might want a daedric artifact without breaking the 'goodguy' code. So in this case, yes. It's nice to have some kind of replacement option. However, there is a mod for all of your follower issues. It's called a mercenary mod. You can recruit a ton of mercs to follow you, and at the same time kill them off at your whim and no one crucial is affected. -
Not a bad idea, and with how a lot of Skyrims waters are unblocked (unlike oblivion) it seems more possible. But the only problem being when you hit waterfalls or shallow rivers. But if you stuck to just the oceanside, that yeah, this is very doable.

It's really not difficult. It's just time consuming. You have to go through all the NPCs or Level Lists to remove all normal versions of the armor, then create a second non-playable version and add it to the lists, and then change all the chests in the game to use a new level list for the armor you want as loot. Crafting you don't have to touch, because the non-playable armor, would not be on crafting lists. And to make it a shorter list than making "all" the boots and "all" the gloves and helmets. You can sidestep this, by just adding the parts from the other armors on to your second one and ticking the extra body parts that will be used, and then increasing the base armor value to include all the parts. By doing this, instead of creating a ton of boots and helmets and gloves, you can create a single piece of armor that fills all those slots with the proper pieces and have less level-lists to make/edit.

If you own a copy of fallout 3 so long as you don't share on the nexus you can legally take the labcoat out of that and apply it to skyrim. But no one can do it for you.

I just like cleaner looking things like the Dark Brotherhood armor or other lighter armors that are very simplified compared to lots of other armors. The only problem is that I also like shiny bits of armor on them. So if anyone is up to the task, I would like to request arm guards, shoulder guards, and shin/leg guards that are kind of simple looking. One of the mods I like very much is the Evil Mastermind armor for it's clean armor with only shoulder, arm and shin guards. But, I am not a fan of skirts, and skirts tend to get on my nerves, which is another reason for my request (Mastermind has a skirt). So if anyone is up to this, I would be very grateful.

I've always wanted a player home that's just a door right in the middle of a giant tree that leads to a druid like home. So I just thought I'd put in a request here.

Just wondering if someone might make a Diablo 2 Necromancer armor for Skyrim. I was thinking of how I could make a vampire look like a bad azz. So I thought, of the Diablo 2 Necro's armor.

Bandits and raiders don't spawn very often, most of the time you're fighting animals in the game, and when you do fight raiders they are so under equipped that they can't hold a candle to 1 shot from your .22 pistol (and not because of my mods). So I thought, there's a lot of zombie and animal spawners out there, maybe someone could convert or make a mod that has more bandits spawn? There are even faction spawners, but no bandit spawners. And even more than that, the bandits are terribly under equipped and have very low HP. So I would like to request a mod that makes bandits spawn and ups their gear. And you might say fiends are bandits, but fiends are the most horrible bandits in the game. It only takes 1 shot to kill them, and if it's a boss, one large caliber shot to kill them, because their armor is horrible and they have crappy weapon conditions so they pose no threat. So I fixed half of the problem myself. The weapons. I made a mod for myself that changes bullets into the main weapon damage while keeping 10-20% the weapons actual damage, so no matter what, weapons will do at least 80-90% damage based on bullets kind of like a real gun. But still, the problem remains, armor, spawns and HP. So I plan to fix HP and Armor, but when it comes to spawns I am horrible. I can't place an item in the world properly let alone an actor. So if anyone could help me out here, I'd appreciate it a lot. And if you want my bullet damage mod, I'll release it in exchange xD but honestly I never released it because I figured people wouldn't like it because of conflicts with other mods (namely overpowered weapon damage from the extra bullet damages). And even more so with CaliberX x_x

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16376 I am looking to replace the vampire lord eyes with this mod, but I don't know what mesh to replace. I got the texture part, just not the mesh. If anyone can help me with info on this (both creation kit, and non creation kit ways to do this) I would appreciate it. --I have tried the eye face data, it doesn't work.. at least not for vampires.

Simple, get the black sacrament armor/black tower mod. Has all you could ever want in half cowls and nice armor and optional hoods, etc. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5696/
