    Nope I'm playing vanilla FO3.

    I went to Arlington Library for the Wasteland Survival Guide quest and now it won't let me leave without freezing. It also freezes in the Children's Wing. It's listed as a known bug at the wiki ( http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Arlington_Library ) and I want to know if there is a way around it (besides loading a new save).
