Hi all ! I'm completely exhausted : my game keeps crashing every 5-10 mins, randomly. It happens only when project Nevada is activated. I've tried many many tips found on internet, but no one solved my problem. One question before : Does I have to start a new game with Project Nevada ? I don't remember if I did... No, you're wrong. Nobody forced you to buy Skyrim. On the box, it is clearly mentionned that you need to install Steam in order to play the game. That's all. If you bought the game knowing this fact, you accepted it. I agree this is clearly abused, but you still have the choice. It's not like if it was hidden when you bought the game... It's just the fact you hoped it wouldn't be too restrictive/boring/embarassing to use Steam, like everyone, or you just didn't care about it :-/

Since I created a second character (a kajhit), some npc started to use kajhit dialogue on my first character : a nord female. For example, a guard told me : is it fur on your ears ? or "I smell an animal near from us" Just stupid...

I played the same way at the beginning... And after about 15-20 hours of gameplay, I found it too restritive, too long, and I began to fast travel, placed quest markers on the map etc...

I think one of the most worse point in the game is the lack of informations about quests and places in this game. All is intended to force you to use the stupid following quest system. You can't manage to search for places, because quest givers don't give you any valuable information but "it's east from here". Even if the world is a bit more coherent than Oblivion, I always have the same feeling : I wander everywhere, I found places (by luck lol with the compass), and I explore them without knowing why... Just because I was there and it was there... Never in one town someone tells you "I heard about a strange place just east from here blablabla..." but it's linked to a quest.

An overall solution could be : You can't progress in these skills unless you pay the trainer for it. And you can also fix the maximum number of training possible per level from 5 to 2 (you keep the maximum of 5 training available per level, but you can't train more than 2 points in a skill per level). At this point, the leveling of these skills should follow your level. If you begin at 15 in one of these skills, you won't be able to reach 100 before level 43. Seems to be fair. And according to training's costs, you won't be able to train more than one of these skills. So impossible to rush train early in the game.

Hello It's because you have remap some keybinds (stupid bug). You have 2 solutions : - reset keys as they were originally - having a xbox pad, and using it to unlock shout Dunno if there is another solution :-/ Personnaly, I've been saved by my xbox pad.

I had this stupid mouse stuttering, especially in interiors, seems to be random but always on same screens. I finally give a try to desactivate vsync (I can't play without it) and notice it was perfect both in menu and in game. And so I manage to try using the hardware v-sync of my videocard, by forcing it, and keeping the iPresentInterval=0 in the ini file. The stuttering disappeared !!! But I have a little near not noticeable mouse lag on the sames screens where I had stuttering. It's from far better than with v-sync managed by the game, and I keep v-sync ! Hope it will help.

Hi everyone ! So I recently bought a xbox controller compatible with Win7. It works great in Skyrim when I manage my inventory, talk to anyone, craft in mass... But I can't use both pad and keyboard at the same time : when I activate my pad, the main keyboard isn't working anymore (only escape, F1-F12 keys). My only solution is to desactivate the pad in gameplay menu. I would like to be able to use both during the game. Is it possible ? Thanks
