UPDATE Fixed the game saying the mods aren't there by deleting the mod files from the game directory Now, after loading, the game crashes immediately hhhheeeeellllpppp

I recently installed far harbor, and now I cannot load my save. This is because when loading the save, FO4 says that the mods that I was previously using (quite a few) are not installed. (They are.) I cannot just load anyways. It will crash. I've tried various fixes, and they have not worked. The .ini files are edited, and the only problem I can find is that I can't change the folders from read only. I can physically uncheck them, and apply, but as soon as I launch the game, and go back to check, they are read only again. I've also unchecked it whilst in-menu, but it still goes back to read only. I am using NMM Mods: Basement Living Campsite Curie Replace Infinite Settlement Budget Homemaker OCDecorator Quieter Settlements Spring Cleaning Startstruck Companions Visible Companion Affinity Any help is greatly appreciated.
