@speedynl: You're close. The code for Far Harbor settlers is 101054d. The code that you gave will spawn a specific FH settler, but you will be unable to interact with her using the workshop. As stated by speedynl, you may need to modify the 10 to 20 or 30 depending on FH load order. Worked as written for me. YMMV. :D
