I am not familiar with the modkit. I'm really not pleased with the RPG elements thats currently in Fallout4, or the lack of it. The perk system is dumbed down and character progression is close to nothing. How much do you think we can replace with a proper skill system? And will we see good/evil character progression and the consequences of our action reflected on NPCs? Or is that too rooted in the core game to allow such drastic changes?
