Is there any way to make the dialogue system more like fallout 3's or fallout new vegas?

like the title says how would I go about writing a script of sorts for dialogue? I would like to have everything sort of organized before I start creating.

I came up with the idea for a short quest mod while playing earlier. The quest would revolve around a pre-war AI, a super mutant, and an old man who believes his son was abducted by Bigfoot. I could provide all the voice acting and Dialogue script for the mod. all I would need is someone to actually make my thoughts reality. if you are interested please let me know :)
