hey i was just wondering if anyone is willing to try making a getsuga tenshou mod like the show bleach i was thinking a weapon enchantment or something see picture below

hey i was just wondering if you could make the sword zangetsu from bleach, much like the one on the mod bleach overhaul but with the chain on the hilt wrapped around the player's arm as shown below, please and thank you!?!

O sorry forgot to mention i was looking for a mod like this for the game oblivion

I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a way to make sword enchantment ranged. For example putting a fire enchantment that shoots a fireball every time you swing your blade? And if possible make an enchantment that looks sword of like the picture from anime show bleach below?
