ok guys i never used steam because i never thought id need it so i never used the activation code i needed the patch and i sad oh ok then ill just look at the code but i cant find it and the person that cleans told me she threw it away a couple of weeks before i just wanted to play the game and i know the consequences from my lazynes :( so NO i never activated my game on steam before And if you never activated it on steam, then you could not have played it. unless you have a pirate version. is there a way to get skyrim 1.5 patch free but without using steam? i have my skyrim for pc and i installed a mod that needs that patch so i cant play it anymore please i really need that patch but i dont have an activation code because the person that cleans the house threw the box where it was away cus i kept my disk in a cd bag please i miss skyrim Banned for requesting pirated material. i dont really know what ugrids or .ini are :S i probably did it by accident can you explain to me what that is and to explain myself more my game crashes before i can load any saves ok when the menu that says: load, continue, new game etc is about to appear the game just exits i mean i cant load any saves because it crashes before i have any time to start If you are unsure of modifying .ini files and haven't done it, its unlikely to be the issue. yeah your probably right but im having a bit of problems finding the latest patch i know im sounding like a noob but do you know wich one it is? and yes my game is in offline mode, how do i change it to online?

yeah i tried unchecking all my mods but the same happened but ill try using the latest patch :)

thanks for the hood xlcr i was able to get it ok i see the problem now fms1 theres two aplications in the program files with the akatosh insignia wich are the Skyrim Launcher and TESV the skyrim launcher its the one that makes the launcher menu apear and the application called TESV makes it jump to the game menu so i remember that my skyrim launcher doesnt work for some reason i remember that my game graphics had a big problem so i did something to fix it that screwed up the launchar so only the TESV application works and jumps into the game when i try to activate the skyrim launcher an error window pops up saying nothing more that this Application load error 5:0000065434

alright thanks for the answer and yeah i ment the launcher menu i forgot the name :) just one more thing what is SKSE and how exacly do i get the launcher menu to show up i understand if you call me a noob by not knowing what SKSE means but bare with m

ok first i just wanted to know the base id for Cynric Endells hood to be able to use it on pc but the main thing here is that i cant see the start menu on skyrim it was never a problem cus i furst wanted to play the vanilla version before moding it but i have never been able to acces the first menu the one that says play game, data files uninstall etc i remember seeing an image of it being dragonborn looking at the mountains landscape but enough of that in summary my game when opened it jumps to the menu that has the akatosh insignia (skyrims logo) that says continue new game load game etc but i want to see the other menu to so i can access my data files and be able to activate mods please help
