I've been modding games, especially fallout, for a long time. I know how to use Master restores and merge patches, and have checked my conflicts quite a few times in fo3 edit. Regardless, it crashes on start-up. I have no doubt in my mind it will end up being something really stupid and simple, but any help would be appreciated.
