Please someone create mod that adds grid with snap option to fence building mode. I propose that illuminated grid would appear in all directions from the starting point every meter with a slightly thicker line every 5 meters and 2x thicker every 10 meters. This way it would be much easier to create geometrically perfect structures, such as San Diego scenario diamond shaped fances, so that the fence is always at the perfect distance from the road or other fences.
