No it isn't. Do you have a desire to kill people? I sure as hell don't. It's human nature to want more resources and killing someone else for theirs is usually the simplest way to get at it. As to the main question, war in general is usually impractical, post apocalyptic or not, but it's the simplest way to get what you want.

I click on actors and only a subsection called "male" shows up. A list of all the NPC's in New Vegas doesn't show up.

I've been trying to download NVEC, but the download speed is really low. I heard using FDM could help, but I have no idea how to use it with this site. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if you can do this, but can you increase the range for the boundary markers? Right now, my forts all feel confined and tight.

I just discovered ADAM and it seems like a great addition to my game, but 9 or more extra .esp's isn't worth all of the content it adds. Would someone be kind enough to merge all of the .esp's or direct me to a download link where someone already has?

Get Fallout 3 first and then get Fallout New Vegas. That way you can find out how lacking FO3 is in gameplay mechanics. Also, when you start off, DON'T install any mods. You should play the virgin game first to appreciate it and then DL mods.

This happened to me before too and it's not only outdated compat. patches, but also outdated masters. I downloaded the first 2 files of FWE once, but I forgot to download the hotfix. Then, I downloaded Underground Hideout and it's FWE patch. I started up the game, and had the same problem as you. So check those masters while you're at it!

I would recommend NVEC. It fixes bugs and adds NVB1 and NVB2 and other game enhancing mods to your game.

With this load order, it is most certainly Warzones. I recommend you delete it.

What is that "bad" thing?

You might have better luck with stability using NVEC -- just make sure to read up on all of the things it incorporates and remove any standalone mods that do the same thing. I will never recommend Mission Mojave to anyone, but it's another option. Also, run BOSS on that load order and replace your merged patch. Why wouldn't you recommend Mission Mojave?

I'm not an expert but, you're using all of the single PN patches and you have the ALL DLC patch as well. Delete the singular ones. Also, go to NVEC and download the "More Perks Merged" file to replace all of your More Perks esps and esms. Also, I don't think Powered Power Armor plays well with PN.

So it's one of your mods. Open FOMM and run FNV with one mod at a time. Narrow it down. In the video, you were in front of Freeside. I am assuming you've been through a good amount of time ingame and installed a mod halfway through your game. If you didn't have problems before that mod, just uninstall it. Also, what is your load order?

You are asking for a lot, and frankly, the closest thing there is to what you're asking for is FWE.

I opened my FNV saves folder and found out my most recent save is 3,601 kb. I haven't even been halfway through the game yet. Hell, I haven't even reached Nipton! Is that a good size for a save?

Does that mean this mod will require MZ?

Poor guy. He probably spent a lot of his time making this mod just to get it deleted and him banned.
