  1. purified water- i can find more of this then dirty one. Some1 could make settelment mod that remake whole food water system to sth like water requierd to produce food and support settlers ? Plants consume water and ppl need it too. To plant some food player would need special seeds bought in vendors. Wild seeds would produce 0.01 food ( i know there is problem with 0.1999999 showing in building menu) and special one would produce 0.1 (need to build big farms to supply whole settlements and dedicated farm villages) to get purified water player would have to get special item for example vault tech grade filter it could be loot from vault (duh). Still player would get only spares of food that settlers dont need. Biggest problem is rebuilding whole food/water/settlers to ppl work only when they get water and plants grow only when they get some too. Sorry for my english.

    +1 .... best thing about mod organizer is that u can pack it on usb without a game and take it use it leater... Also no changes in "core" game... mmmm..

    2. Voiced power armor and stealth suit ( like prototype medic power (Fallout 3) armor and stealth suit (fallout nv -owb))

    3. MULE (like in Boston dynamics now but in fallout) - non combat robot called by flare

    5. Fusion core rebalance - less cores and able to recharge it using settelment or caps (maybe 4 lvl of nuclear physicist 4 rank)

    6. Adding ability for power armor station to draw items from workstation or special cargo container

    7. Hud overlay like in project nevada - ability to see what u wearing (obscuring vision) and night vision/ termo and stuff like that !!

    8. Bullet time with counting stuff for critical and other perks.

    9. Kiling/hitting using laser/plasma type weapons don't splatter blood just smoke and ash.

    10. Ability to press reload in VATS to order relading for example for laser musket

    11. Special key followers (like in JiP mod)

    12. Settlements changes (i write it in other topic)

    13. Take all from followers "take" only items that he is not wearing (plates etc)

    14. Ammo has weight

    15. Storing items in cargo containers tweaks - storing equipped item requiers extra conformations

Harder enemies by mechanics - ghuls would fest on other ghuls to get more hp also more ghuls (yisssssssssssss), synths would be able to revive other synths with half of hp (if they dont lose head) also making all enemies scaling with player... i just make low level quest and one shot most of stuff in location...

    yissss... crafting bullets or exchanging it for better one with some balanced ratio... i have crappy guns only to charging my crit bar :/

    1. Field-stripping of items for component parts

    2. Removal of the Vault-Tech targeting from V.A.T.S. to just turn it into a Slow-Mo so I can use my more accurate manual aiming skills

    3. Infinite companion ammo (or at least an upgrade to the companion perks to do this (the ones that make you deal no damage to them and vice-versa))

    4. Ability to have 2 companions a-la New Vegas (I want to keep Dogmeat)

    5. Companion perks would be a nice re-addition a-la New Vegas

    8. i've seen a LOT of Raiders with 2 Knuckes on their corpse. some kinda melee dual-weilding would be cool

    9. Armour grouping for your hotkeys. (I hated having to re-equip all my armour pieces after swapping to something else for either a quest or a stat-boost)

    10. A decrease in the number of Super Mutant Suiciders would be nice. I don't think they should be that common

    11. The Daughters of Ares mod for New Vegas was awesome. a revamped version for FO4 would be sweet, though a big undertaking

    14. Removal of Bloom (OW MY EYES! got especially rediculous when cloaked around the Dunwich Borers)

    15. Speaking of being cloaked, whenever I crouch using my Chameleon Legendary armour pieces, I cloak as if I'm wearing a Stealth-Boy that's only active when I stay still. BUT this also causes lighting to be more harsh, making it impossible to see in some areas and REALLY messes with my eyes. a mod to remove it would be amazing (the lighting effect, not the cloaking)

    16. More Adhesive, or less Adhesive needed for mods. this is seriously too rare for how much you need for everything

    17. A fix for Settlers ending up on rooftops with no access and Brahmin ending up inside houses too small for them would be nice... had to toggle Noclip to get past a Pack brahmin that was blocking the doorway to a house (twice)

    19. This may be a bit of a stretch, but if there was a mod that would add a radio station that plays MP3 files you have stored in a certain folder, to basically create a custom station, that'd be AMAZING.

    3 - Yea.... or ability to mod companion weapons - in fallout nv i give my companions gauss rifles and they was op ;p so for balance issue would be better to mod their weapon and not replace them with OP ones

    5 - U get perk at 5 lvl of trust - then u can dissmiss companion and u still have perk

    6 - yea... and covering arms in hazmat suit ( u have fingerless gloves in hazmat suit still u have 1000 rad resist ;p)

    9 - yea ... idk why they dont implement that.... set of armor for INT to give back quest and set of armor for fight

    10 - i like them ;p but that mod would be easy to make ... i think so...

    12 - yea.... or at least ammo weight

    14 - u can turn it off i think so.... i dont like that too ;)

    16. Settelments can help u with adhesive - scavengers will find thinks that u tag with "serch" in workstations

    20 . Yeaa... also store all [Type of armor/weapon or misc stuff] that is not favorite or equipment to containers

    23 - somthing like signal strength bar ? it would be greate !

  5. 1. Chosing settler shows his duties in menu along with highlighting workspace

    2. Fast store option for types of inventory ( basic like weapons armros etc would be greate too)

    3. Supply lines also link players boxes ( Changing common box from building to special name like Metal box -> Metal box: Armors)

    4. Option to creating "Clock card" and "Clock card terminal" making shifts for workers

    5. "Rush" option to suffer happines in order to get more stuff.

    6. High happines level affects prices in town and random chance to get gift ( random item or "thanks" with exp points)

    7. Scavengers icon indicator (shows that scavengers have some items for u)

    8. Separated scavengers drop box,

    9. Expanding most structures mesh and textures by 3m below ground... some towns have problem with landscape and u can see that some buildings float above ground.

    10. Tutorial for settlements ( i have to find most stuff in web).
