This happens in real life too. My wife can never keep up with me and she often has to walk in quick bursts to keep up.

Yeah, so using the equipitem command doesn't work. For a bit she will wear whatever was equipped but after spending some time away, she prances around in her underwear.

I play as both. My rationalization is that I could either stare at a female character's butt or a male's. However, this isn't always the case. For example, my nord warrior is a male, it just makes more RP sense. My next stealthy assassin character will be female.

I'm frankly quite a fan of the merchant wives. Having an extra vendor that lives in your house and who is ALWAYS available is quite nice. Not to mention, she gives me 100G per day! And she holds onto it, if you don't collect it right away. Coming home after several days out, and getting 1200g is a niceee feeling. Camilla of Riverrun is a great choice. Though, she does have a weird face.

Yeah, I could NOT get that command to work for anyone really. I tried it on Ysolda (as an unmarried bachelor), and nada. After I did her mammoth tusk quest, she was interested in me, however. Truth be told, I was really hoping for polygamy. I mean, I play a character that's a Dragonborn warrior! He'd totally have wives in every major town in Skyrim. (Rest assured, I'm a disciple of monogamy IRL)

The Stormcloacks just seem evil to me. Any government that promotes speciesism is wrong.

I love Daedra. I hate the Dragon, and I'm rather happy that the Dragon isn't as good as Daedra.

Ulfric apparently pwns.

In Memory of Pony, the Baddest Assed Horse That Ever Lived
borge12 replied to BrynnFlynn's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
My first pony died while I was inside some building. I left her out of the way, and when I returned she was dead. It was sad. So, I go and buy a new pony! My new pony was amazing. Look at it. Anyways, I'm riding to a mine and I hear a roar. I look up and see giant wings flapping over me. I dismount and put some distance between my new pony and me, I can't bear to lose another pony. I start shooting arrows at the dragon. Dragon ignores me flies to pony and flames her, and she dies. Gorramit. -
Where'd you get the bound bow from?
-
Yeah, but that still doesn't give us a good idea of how many copies were sold as it doesn't include digital sales. I bought my game through digital retailer, and I'm assuming that a lot of other people did as well. PC could be king, really.

I've had numerous crashes, but they are infrequent. Maybe one every four hours. Not terrible at all, but not rock solid either.

And Adobe's PDF reader. Oh, and sad to say, MSE has let me down twice now. I've had viruses popup while MSE was on, and MSE didn't flinch.

I had the same problem. You essentially have to use a grand soul stone to get decent enchants early on. Once you level enchanting a bit, it will get better.

Crafting armor and weapons has killed the game for me!!
borge12 replied to danny13d's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Even by removing ingots, it's not hard to get smithing up. Because I'm cheap, I've been going out and slaughtering every hide dropping animal I see. In an hour or so, I can easily get 70 leather. And, I don't think anyone will find armor better than the smithing/enchanting armor. I've created some pretty ridiculously powerful items. +108% to two hand, 27% archery, and I can improve my armor/weapons ridiculous amounts. When I improved my warhammer, it added 40 additional damage. -
Do you have to start the main quest for dragons to appear?
borge12 replied to SpellAndShield's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I think I read somewhere you have to kill the first dragon in order to get dragons to start showing up. I have no idea if it's true or not, though. -
My wife was away over the weekend, thankfully. I usually play while she is sleeping, so she has no idea I've already put 36 hours in, or replaced her with Camilla in Riverrun.

Then I would think you know that salted and hashed passwords are pretty safe, along with the encrypted credit card numbers which more than likely are stored on a different server.

how to keep my horse and companion from getting lost?
borge12 replied to topeira's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Yeah, she was hanging out by the entrance of the Dragonreach (Jarl's place). -
Just saw this one http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Console_Commands_%28Skyrim%29

I've actually made tons off of smithing. Specifically, jewelry making. Somehow, I stumbled on a spell called Transmute, which allows me to make silver or gold out of iron ore. I buy all the iron ore I can and transmute it all to gold making a crap ton of money after I craft it into rings/necklaces. Lots and lots of money. It takes forever to transmute all of it, but, I end up having to visit 5 different vendors to be able to sell all the stuff in my inventory. Remember, if you get gold/silver ingots, you also get that bit of smithing experience, which you would lose if you just sold the ingots. This is true, however, if you reinforce or sharpen the things you make it will change the price. I've been giving my armor/weapons legendary upgrades and it usually doubles the price, which is also incredibly handy. I sold some plate boots for like 500 or so.

I just saw this: http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=134 I have no idea if it works, will delete all your saves, or turn you into a dragon, but it's worth a shot.

how to keep my horse and companion from getting lost?

1. It sounds like a bug. I usually don't travel with a companion, but my horse always falls me when I fast travel. 2. I'm not sure about this, but you can just take your companion to a safe location and tell them to stay. My companion, after awhile, ended up back in my house in Whiterun. 3. I would check where you hired them or any houses that you have. -
Often times Alvor, the blacksmith in Riverwood has ignots. If not, he usually has the stuff to smelt it.

I married Camilla (http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Camilla_Valerius) of the general goods store in Riverwood. I have spent a great deal of time in Riverwood. Because of that, there seem to be near constant dragon attacks on that town. I've killed seven or eight dragons there. Anyways, because of that, the NPCs of that town have a short lifespan. Saturday, I found Alvor (the blacksmith's) body and I remember being dumbfounded that he was dead. Shock. I felt shock over the death of an NPC. I expected the guards to die, but I didn't expect Alvor to die. Anyways, thanks to resurrect, he's now alive and kicking again.
