After like 6,7 seconds of smoky loading screen it crashes to desktop. It happens only at Arkngthamz, nowhere else. Is it Dawnguard,mods?

All options are greed out,I have necessary ingredients and skill.Can't even temper iron dagger.It says I lack the necessary skill to upgrade.What mods could cause this. 1.9 version

Hi my first post,and i was hoping that someone ,who already has this file on computer, could upload it and give me link to it.I can not find this file on nexus anymore,i suppose the account was deleted. Once i search for Ferelden Models - Unique Character Faces and Presets (mochen is the author) on google I see the headline but when opened it says server error,no file for this ID. Thanks
