If pauldrons and such were unpopular...
DjentyDjoe replied to imperistan's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
This is awesome news. Was planning on making an Imperial Soldier type character, I think the plain pauldrons would look awesome with the Heroic Imperial set. -

Wait, you can use the different Aesir pieces without using the base armor pieces? s#*!, gotta try that. -
What skyrim weapons/armor do you like to use?
DjentyDjoe replied to toshiro88's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
My main character uses Gungnir from JaySuS Swords and Aesir Armor, along with one of the Viking shields from Immersive Armors. I much prefer fairly simple armors such as Steel Plate, Iron, and Fur. Same goes for weapons, never been a huge fan of Dwarven, Glass, Daedric or Dragonbone, unless it suits the character's theme. -
If you want to one-hit things, why not just use Novice difficulty?

any mod or code to stop any attacks from where you live?
DjentyDjoe replied to jemcore's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I don't know of a console command to make the attacks stop but you could use the console or the creation kit to place some guards around your house and make them hostile to everything except you and your family. -
Pros & Cons of siding with Stormcloacks or Imperials

gsmanners is spot on, here. Really, it's not about the reward you gain from the questline, nor is it about which side YOU support, as that's irrelevant, it's a fictional cause. It's about which side your character would support, if any. -
I think Talsgar would disagree ;D

definitely although I wouldn't mind a RPG with co-op multi player so instead of followers I have companions That'd be pretty cool. Something similar to Fable's co-op system, without the being tethered to each other with an invisible rope, and the childish nature of Fable would be pretty sweet. Just imagine RPing in a co-op version of Skyrim. Awesome.

No more special than a bandit raid? So that's why at the start of the game, everyone is flabbergasted to see the dragons have returned, hmm? No quests revolving around them? Did you actually play the game? I do agree that dragons should be a bit harder to kill though, and maybe the event of them attacking you in the wild could be a bit rarer, too. Would be nice if it was set up so that if you wanted to go hunt dragons and find word walls, you could, but you'd still be attacked by dragons every once in a while. Meh, doesn't bother me that much anyway 'cause there's only about 3 toons of about 40 that I've made that I've actually bothered starting the main quest on ;D

Aye, I guess it just comes down to the fact that people like to enjoy the game in a different way. Some like to completely immerse themself into the world, and as a result, prefer their companions to be as fitting, and as realistic as possible, whilst others just want to be the total badass that kills every dragon, finishes every quest and romances every beautiful woman in Skyrim ;D
