Being the noob that I am I actually figured out that it was one of my texture mods which I uninstalled. Thanks for the help though anyways guys. Edit: For anyone wondering what the problem is it was "dat grass" causing issues with the invisible terrain.

Just recently bought the hearthfire dlc and decided I would build a house in the lakeview manor location, but then I was welcomed with this nasty bug. I usually never see missing terrain and its only ever really showed up for me in lakeview manor. Is there anyway I can fix this gamebreaking bug so I can build the house here without being disgusted.
