  1. I did not find the tomahawks in Honest Hearts to be to my liking, as they were thrown weapons only. Tomahawks were really more often melee weapons than thrown weapons. Throwing your weapon is a dumb thing to do in a real fight. I would like a tomahawk melee weapon that looks like an actual tomahawk. As for the specific tribes I think such things should be modeled after... I'm really not that particular. But since you asked, I think it would make the most sense if things had a Southwest American Indian feel, as that's where the game is set. Apache, Paiute, Arapaho, Navajo, Ute are all good choices. I would be particular to Apache because I'm playing an Apache character. I thought the Honest Hearts dlc armors had more the naked vibe than the Native American vibe, personally. Not really what I was going for. Thanks for the suggestion though.
  2. I'm playing an Apache character, and I'm having the hardest time finding appropriate things to wear. Although the Nexus is full of cowboy gear, there isn't much for us Indians. There was a "Last Apache" mod that was worked on a couple of years ago, but the mod authors disappeared and the mod itself contains some fatal crash bugs and is incompatible with the latest version of NVSE, so it's of no use. Really too bad... it looked like a fantastic mod concept. Anyway, I'd love a mod that added some American Indian-inspired gear to the game. The closest I've found so far is the Medicine Stick from GRA (cool) and Waking Cloud's headdress from Honest Hearts (gooftastic). Just a cowboy hat with an eagle feather in it and maybe a tomahawk would go a long way toward making me a happy camper. Unfortunately, I lack the skills to create such things myself. I do find it surprising that Bethesda didn't put more Indian stuff into the game, tbh, considering the setting. If anyone has suggestions for mods that contain bits that might be adapted to an American Indian character, I'd be grateful for those as well. Thank you!
