Thanks, though concerning the guide at https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/5381485-guide-manual-cleaning-skyrim-and-skyrim-special-edition-master-files/ I do have some problems. I have followed through with the guide exactly, but the second I do apply filter for cleaning on Update.esm, almost every other esm file is highlighted and colored red, I assume this is a problem however I do not know.

Thanks, I am still not sure though, will these files at all be a problem? A big problem? A small problem?

I just started using LOOT for Skyrim and without even adding any mods, I see that Dawnguard.esm, HearthFires.esm, Dragonborn.esm, and Update.esm(still not sure what this one is for, if anyone cares to explain) all have 50+ ITM records(as well as deleted references and deleted navmeshes) yet Skyrim.esm has none of these. Will these ever be a problem or are they safe to clean out? I also am wondering as to why these are even on a completely vanilla games master files.
