  1. I'm not sure, although I would like to see an actor value for melee weapon range.
  2. I am looking for some type of mod/console command that lets you modify your melee weapon range. Thanks!
  3. Looks like a fantastic mod, keep up the good work!
  4. I totally agree, and think your idea is terrific. I'm not a very good modder and couldn't tell you the difficulty this would be to create, however I can tell you it will be a hell of a lot easier when the CK comes out. So until then, we'll just have to be patient (hopefully it's released soon!). I am glad that someone appreciates the idea, and I am not the only one in support of this. Do you know when the CK is coming out?
  5. I would like this, along with getting rid of 3rd person finishing moves and riding horse in 1st person. I don't like it when Bethesda says (more like lies) about getting to choose which perspective you would like, and force you out of it with stuff like this. Luckily, I got it for the PC, so the modders will get to it eventually, up to now, they have already fixed a ton of flaws found in this game. Bethesda has really been slacking on the UI lately...
  6. Because range on weapons is quantifiable (e.g. claymores hit targets further away than daggers), there must be a stat on a weapon that someone can modify to increase the range of a sword by a lot. Is there a website, or even a way to go into the game, that gives all of the stat files on weapons, then you can go in and change one of them? I would really appreciate that. Or even a console command that increases your attack range? In terms of a mod request, this is just changing a single stat, I hoped it wouldn't be too difficult. EDIT: Also, on scotty's comment about this being able to be accomplished in a lore-friendly way, I definitely agree. The weapon could be given by some "Wind god", and the reason it hits targets from afar is the blades ability to transfer energy across air. A fixed distance would be ok, like 100 ft, but its still doable while respecting the lore.
  7. I'm using a bare Daedric sword, no 1 hand perks, and on master difficulty. I want to keep the Daedric sword (cause it looks bawss), do you know the correct console command? I don't think I can make the game any harder.
  8. When I use the console command "Player.forceav meleedamage 1", it goes through, but I still do damage as normal. Im trying to raise the difficulty of the game by lowering my melee damage, but its not working? Help?
  9. Is there a console command for increasing your attack RANGE? I thought there would be, and there should be.... It would look something like this. Player.setav weaponrange ### It makes sense because Claymores have more "range" than daggers, so it must be quantifiable.
  10. Bump, I think it would be really cool if you could modify your melee attack range so you can attack people from really far away with a dagger! =D
  11. For melee characters, can someone create a melee weapon that has an insane range? Like, you may be 500 ft from someone, but if you slash this weapon at them it would still hit them. Definitely not for the purposes of "immersion" and "realism". This item would allow melee fighters to not have to invest in magic or archery to hit opponents from afar. Also, is there a console command that increases your attack range?
  12. Just curious if this was a possibility. I recently downloaded the FFXIII Lightning mod, and the sword in it is based off of the Daedric Sword. Sadly, the creator of this, forgot to remove blood from branches of the model, so if I get blood on the sword, then the blood will be suspended in thin air in front of the sword where the Daedric model would have been. Just looking for a fix for this, because it has been slightly bugging me.
  13. For Duel wielders, such as myself, we value high mobility and quick attacks, while defending ourselves only with speed and agility. Because duel wielders do not get really any defense mechanic, myself (and I am sure many others) would LOVE a dodge/leap mechanic, where if you tap the sprint button while going in a certain direction, you would be able to leap to that location, to quickly dodge an attack. Is there a mod that can do this? I would appreciate some comments on this topic.
