  1. So as much as I would love to provide feedback, its basically impossible to use because you can't filter mods down in a useful way. It appears that the dropdown to do so is hardcoded to Skyrim, Mass Effect 3 and Stardew Valley... I'll be reverting to the classic look for now. TO BE CLEAR: I understand that this is a preview of how it is meant to look, but the ability to filter an authors mods down to the mods for a specific feature is a core feature of the profile page in my personal opinion. I use it far too often to be using the beta version of the profile page. I hope this gets resolved soon as minus this major bug (IMO) the interface does look rather fantastic.
  2. you mean like this mod: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/21689 Look at the first video about 11 minutes in.
  3. Alright so in skyrim there are quest where an NPC is dispatched to a location and you can usually either follow the NPC fast travel, or just let them be well you go do something else. I have been playing Skyrim with Skyre on master difficulty and have realized without some protection the world can be very dangerous. So I usually try to run along with these NPC to the distention. So now on to the mod request: I mod that when either a key press or spell (I would prefer key press, but I know some would prefer spell) is clicked it would enter the player into a following mode. When following if the player moves manually they are kicked out of follow mode. Also if the player or referenced NPC enters combat the player is removed from follow mode. Lastly to keep the mod compatible and to make sure the player isn't moving to fast it would temporary set the NPC speed equal to the players speed (this value should be able to change. So mods such as Frostfall may slow the player down in the cold it then should slow down the NPC to match the player speed.) I am looking into doing this, because none of it seems really all that hard, but I thought I would post it here because this is going to be my first attempt at scripting for Skyrim and I am already getting lost. So if someone else with more experience would like to take this on as a side project I thought I would post it.
  4. See and here wasn't even thinking of disabling those house mods, I spent all day yesterday disabling and enabling and moving mods like Skyre and mods that In my opinion had an actual impact on that quest... Going to re-enable skyre and stuff and see if I can get past this point!
  5. Not sure how to do that and make it easy to read... How about I just upload the BOSSlog.html to my server: Link to BOSSLog.html
  6. Alright, so I have a decent sized load order and I am having a problem trying to figure out why my game keeps crashing right after Irileth dispatches the guard to riverwood just in front of the main gates. Now, If i just run out of the main gate before the dialog finishes the game seems to run just fine, but if I stay and wait until the guard says something like "Lets Go" or whatever his final words are the game immediately starts crashes to the desktop. As I said, if I run out the gate it seems to keep the game running, but I am afraid if something is causing it to crash here, it may cause me larger problems, so I would like to try and fix it now than when I am way to far into the game to start yet another playthough. "+" are mods that are enabled and "-" are mods that have been unticked but left installed. I do have SKSE installed and I even read alot if not all of these mod pages to make sure they were compatible with Skyre since it is the largest mod I have. If anyone could provide me with any help I would appreciate it. PS: If anyone may know of a reason why when I enable any of the "Immersive Patrols" mods my game crashes after only a few seconds that would be great too!
  7. I usually try to donate from time to time. I will admit that about 2 months ago I removed this site from my whitelist and I have been one of those jerks running adblock. After reading this I have went and whitelisted your site again because I do want to support this site as much as I can. I come here all the time, no idea what I would do without it. I would like to explain why I use adblock, It is not for the better viewing experience as your article suggest. Honestly when It comes to the nexus site the ads are not really that bad, but I did remove you from my adblock whitelist for the following reason. I have my PC setup in my living room with surround sound, and I usually control the sound of applications though the application not constantly turning up and down the sound on my PC itself. I found this is the best way, and I dont have to change how loud my games are to how loud netflix is to how loud youtube. Though about two months ago I was viewing this site checking out some of the cool new mods being release and all of the sudden this roaring noise of some girl talking (now keep in mind, I open about 10-15 mod pages in new tabs before actually reading them) and once I heard her talking, I won't lie it made me jump wasn't expecting it. haha. I was frantically flipping though all of my tabs to try and find one simple ad of some girl talking. I will leave the nexus sites whitelisted and donate some money to try and make up for the last two months.
