ok so im running ENB PRC and i keep running into this and im not sure what option is called that is doing this! https://prnt.sc/wib8g2 those lines are realy visible ingame on almost anything also the watery eyes what can i do about those ? :) (i do run the The Eyes of Beauty Fallout Kaleidoscope Edition - All-in-One) im also running the josie classic preset as u can see any help on this would be appreciated! tho im not in a rush ^^ just want to know what is causing it ^^ :)

haha yea im a weird fellow :) but that radial menu is mostly made for controllers with the round curve i have a tick of selecting the icon with my invisible mouse ^^ and cause its a roundness thing i often select the friggin wrong skill in the middle of combat :)
