I was not able to find it on the one computer I can access at the moment, and that was an exhaustive search, it's my biggest cache of mods. I do remember that mod, but I never opened it. I don't exactly know where to find the mod, but i definitly know that it was made by a modder called "Grimnir". I've got only a french translation on my gaming PC.
