Hi, i set the Fallout Configuration Tool and dont see any differences in the fps. What should i change for best performance? I am a noob in changing things like this. Dont know why but in 3rd view its unplayable now...

Hi, I downloaded the manager and installed it, i didnt change the paths he said where he would download the mods. Then i downloaded the Texture Mod 0.12 (part 1-4) and after downloading i tried to install it but after 60 percent the program said "error occured during install). I tried the 0.11 but half of the files were broken and the game crashed when i went outside a building... Can someone solve this please?
