Mod Organizer says its version 4.0. I don't know why BOSS says 1.8. I pulled it off nexus last week.

Hi, I am trying to get back into skyrim. I have a ton of mods loaded. When I use the boss load order, I can start the game fine but requiem suggests that you load it late. When I move it and its patches towards the back of my order the game starts but when I hit "new game" it never starts a new game. I am desperate for some clarity.
