this mostly happens if you installed mods without having the required dependencies, but it doesnt look like you installed any. I would reconmmend running the steam integrety check. and start the launcher and click on data files and make a screencap and upload it here.

Hey I have a serious problem, i decided to play skyrim again a few day ago, but did not have the DLC's. Now i bought them and updated all of my mods. Everything works fine except for the fact that all weapons hit in Slow motion, does not matter if 1handed 2handed or bow. The only thing I came across is that mods which are designed for vanilla only should cause this bug. Dont want to do a try and error disable and enable session. Any mods which are certain to cause this bugs? Edit: well, starting a new char solves it, but excisting saves seen to stay bugged.
