I did the same thing... I hadn't purchased any Skyrim Creations mods until I saw that Kinggath released a couple. I agree... they make awesome mods and I am happy to support their new ones. I also immediately came to Nexus Mods to look for patches.

Thanks for the reply. I'd have to say that I, like many others, disagree with this. The rest I have no problem with, but not allowing patches is extreme.

There are mods I've used for years where the creator kindly offered a patch for their mod and a paid mod to work together... those aren't allowed? :/

Ah this confused me also... I think you are correct that we do this after the update is out and before launching the game, because everything on mine also matches right now.

Thank you for this guide. I was wondering if I set the file to read-only now, then will it prevent it from updating? I've opened the file and it looks like it already matches everything in the depots section unless I'm missing something.

Exciting news! I didn't have many mods on so just reinstalled the game in anticipation of this! :D

I haven't explored everything yet but the notifications are SO much easier now. Thank you for changing that!
