I promised ya he perfected it by now and kidnapped by the Institute

but got any heightmaps for it? I could create the cities, caves, anything that includes land & terrain, I can't make heightmaps, so can someone make one for each province and upload it? or publish a link to some

I can't seem to find any plugins that change the actor values creation in the creation kit from grayed out to modifiable, and I lack the skills and knowledge to do it so is hopefully someone cam do that it'd be a break through, in skyrim and a break through in the elder scrolls franchise,
