Greyling

My husband and I share one gaming computer. We each have a separate Windows user login and separate Steam accounts. We also both have Skyrim (which I have purchased twice). Since Steam installs all games into one set of folders (steamapps), mods that I install overlap with and mess up mods that he installs. Is there any way to get around this? I want my mods separate from his.
