I've completed the investigation quest (I believe it's called) and I have dog meat sniff Kellogg's cigars in diamond city to get his scent. Dog meat then wanders slowly off and I can't engage him, there is no quest icon over his head either. The quest 'reunions' doesn't appear in my pip boy as well... Is there a way to use a 'setstage' command in the console that might fix this since it's a primary quest? Thanks!

Finally figured it out...it was the better layered clothing chems mod that was causing the clipping of the hands... Gary

Yeah no gloves mod being used. Had issues with the scrap scrap mod deleting armor upgrades in sanctuary so deleted that one...

I am running quite a few mods and really enjoy them as they make the game much more fun to play (no cheating!) Anyways, All settlers, and most other people in the game have recently began appearing without hands, otherwise everything works great. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing something like this? I sure appreciate it, it's starting to freak me out, watching someone smoke a cigarette in-game in mid air!
