  1. Hey guys. When I use surround 5.1 my game is missing sounds within the game. However if I change my sound settings to Stereo then the sounds come back the left and right is just echoed in the back therefore its not true surround. Anyone know why? Does this game not support surround sound systems?
  2. Any 'clopping' of my horses hooves are no longer in the game. I reinstalled and still nothing. Id really appreciate any help. I havent noticed anything else, but I literally just loaded my save game and this was the first thing I noticed and it's very annoying :(
  3. Do what I just said above in the previous statement and it will work even when you run it through Steam.
  4. Its the path that leads North from Windhelm on the East side of it.
  5. Alright to fix these issues you can definitely verify your cache. I did this plenty of times and it did nothing. If you want your mods to work like before or you want your play button to work and it hasn't since the update - most likely due to mods do the following. Go to the TESV.exe file normally located in Program File(x86) > Steam > Steam Apps > common > Skyrim. If not you find it easily by just searching. Anyways, right click on this .exe and go to properties. Within this go to the 'Previous Versions' tab and you can revert back to your previous .exe by copying the .exe from the Previous Versions over the current .exe and all the mods should work correctly as well you should be able to play this now without the play button being a raging a$$hat. Hopefully this works for you, it worked for me. If not I think a uninstall of all mods and reinstall of the game from this point is the only solution. This should work without a problem if the 'verifying your cache' in Steam isn't working.
  6. Do you have this same problem or is it a mod that is doing this? I mentioned this is on the xbox version but I never remembered having this problem on pc
  7. Your computer already backs up the exe. I'm on my phone so I can't check but I know you don't need to have manually backed it up. If there are no posts on how to do this when I get home ill post how.
  8. I realized I posted this comment before in the wrong area so I'll post it here in a more appropriate area. Hey guys, I just recently got into the snowy areas of Skyrim and noticed this problem. There is a definite edge between the snowy trails and the snow itself. I have Skyrim HD mod installed as well as the Landscape Texture Pack that I thought may cause the problem then I checked my friends Xbox version and there is the same problem its just not as noticeable since I have Shaders. If I press the pause to revert them back to vanilla it doesn't seem as noticeable but it defeats the purpose of the shaders and makers the rest of the game not look as great. I feel like I'm completely missing something as I'm sure this has been modded but I really can't seem to find anything and I figured it would have been fixed with the Landscape Texture Pack (I even have the newest version, 1.3). http://i1187.photobucket.com/albums/z381/CurtisD6/Skyrim/SkyrimSnow.png
