Why does this forum seem to be dead? I can't seem to find a topic with more than one reply... Are there any modders here? I'm looking for guidance on how to begin modding DS1 but can't find any materials. All I've found are people requesting, but no replies...

I would gladly do this, however, I'm finding it difficult to find resources in order to actually mod the game, I'm rather new to the modding scene and need a little guidance. However, perhaps since you're interested, you could try a crack at it.

I've been on Nexus for quite some time, downloading mods for a lot of games. But I figure it's time I start giving back to the modding community. I'm proficient in modeling, animation and rigging and know my way around C# and Python well enough. I was wonder if it would be possible to replace the player model with Batman, possibly from one of the Arkham games, or perhaps if I model something myself, I bought Maya 2014. It seems like these forums get a lot of views but very few replies, anyone know why? I'm just looking for resources or some direction to get me started, thanks in advance! :)
