  1. So does throttling the CPU (to 60%?) make the game or your PC unstable or something? I know I'll at least have to lower the graphics settings but should I have to revert it back to 100% after I finish playing? Also, does it seem to work for most of you guys?
  2. Control panel--->power options---->change plan settings--->change advanced power settings---->expand processor power options--->expand maxium processor state i've changed mine to 70% this worked for me i played tonight for 4 hours before that i was getting 30 mins or less i have Nv Quadro 2800M There you go.
  3. Yeah I was hoping by the latest we'd get the patch on Monday. But the week AFTER Thanksgiving?! WTF Never buying a game on launch day from Bugseda again, because their track record with releasing buggy games is just awful.
  4. There is no general fix it seems, that works on all systems or even most system. We have to wait for Bethseda to complete their painfully slow patching process.
  5. Well that's different. You're only crashing to desktop. Most of us here are getting our whole PC's crashed.
  6. I have the same issue. I'm using a Radeon 6870 with the latest drivers and every 15-20 mins my computer's screen goes dark with the music hanging for a few seconds then about 1 minute later my PC will boot back up. It's incredibly annoying to the point where the game is unplayable. Playing for 20 minutes, then waiting 5 minutes for my PC to boot back and for the game to load becomes very tedious, very fast.
