Hello there forum, I have come to you as I am at a lost. I have re installed 3 time, removed all mods. I am running Skyrim through Steam and I have Heartfire and Dawnguard. These are my PC spects: Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz Memory: 16384MB RAM Available OS Memory: 16366MB RAM DirectX Version: DirectX 11 User DPI Setting: Using System DPI System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent) DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled Display Devices --------------- Card name: ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series Manufacturer: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Chip type: AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x68B8) DAC type: Internal DAC(400MHz) Display Memory: 1737 MB Dedicated Memory: 2002 MB Shared Memory: 3830 MB Current Mode: 1366 x 768 (32 bit) (60Hz) I am running 2 of these crossfire The cards are up to date, and it does not matter what the graphic setting are on. This just happened when I subscribed to a few mod in the steamwork shop. Though as I said i have removed all my mod and this problem is still happening. The meshes extend out like cones, and something flash in neon colors like yellow, green and blue. I am pretty this has something to do with the meshs of the game but I do not know how to fix it. Please help I love this game. But this strobe affect makes it uncomfortable to play the game, its really hard on the eyes.
