  1. @Hellexis Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a solution either. I'm at lowest settings possible at the moment which helped somewhat initially but I've kept building to try and get to the end of my build plan and I've got some horrible tears/smears/ghosting/etc now. From what I can work out it seems to be an engine, building limit situation so like you I've had to accept it as consequence of way too much building. Pity.
  2. You're in luck :-) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9887 Enjoy :-)
  3. I'm having the same issue and still haven't found a solution. In my case it would appear that once I add/build items past a certain stage in Sanctuary I get this texture ripping / ghosting /stretching. If I delete those objects or go to a past save, then the texture issue is resolved. From what a few others have said in my google travels: It could also be a combination of too many objects plus a particular mod (as others have said in their case). For some it appears to be purely a mod causing the issue and once removed everything is back to being awesome. It's also possible that a cell has been edited or affected (usually by a scrapping type mod) and causing the problem. One person managed to fix it by installing ENBoost and Fallrim Tools. I've also managed to build more objects by dropping from Ultra settings right down to the lowest settings. Not the ideal situation but it enabled me to add hundreds more objects. But now I've hit a wall and can't find a solution. I have about 240 mods installed and my specs are: 1080Ti and 16g ram and i7 6700K. Windows 10 on an SSD. Vsync is enabled. If anyone has any solutions or ideas that would be awesome. I can return to playing the game. ATM I'm thinking of replacing the textures with compressed, performance enhanced textures and see if by some small chance that makes a difference.
  4. Hi everyone I'm experiencing ghosting, ripping, smearing, tearing like effects on some of my graphics in Sanctuary. I've built the place up quite heavily. Similar to these images https://imgur.com/a/SP828 (from a post with a similar problem https://www.reddit.com/r/FalloutMods/comments/5z5tu2/fo4help_graphics_ghosting_issue_in_cities/ That was fixed by using Fallrim and ENBoost. I've tried the latter (no luck) but not the former as it's not recommended to use Fallrim on FO4 to remove Unattached Instances yet. Another poster fixed a similar problem by using the loose files for Fallout 4 HD Reworked Project Revised. I don't use this mod though so it must be something else. I've noticed that by dropping from Ultra settings the problem fixed itself. However eventually I had to go all the way down to Low to play the game. Unfortunately after some more building the ghosting has returned even on Low settings. Before the game became unplayable I could temporarily remove the ghosting by going into Workshop mode, then exiting Workshop mode. That trick has stopped working too now. So thought I'd post and see if anyone has any suggestions to fix the ghosting and if, or how, I should use Fallrim Tools without screwing something up. I've got a stack of mods (240 active ones) and my .ini files seem okay but probably something might be amiss there. I'm an old dude so not up to date with all the techie stuff :-( I've got a 1080Ti and 16g ram and i7 6700K. Windows 10 on an SSD. Vsync is enabled. Frame rate in most places is around 60. However depending on where I'm standing in Sanctuary it can be 60 or fall down to 24-40. Anyway, sorry for the long post but I'm stuck and in desperado mode. Thanks guys.
