hey guys, when i load a game some kind of glitch / bug appears. The background/ light settings change like every second from night to early-morning to day to early-evening to the northlight setting. The Bug/Glitch DOES NOT inpact the time itself, just the background/light/brightness settings!! Please help me ! :)

Hello fellows! I have a problem with my modded Skyrim. When i load a game (doesnt matter if modded or not) the time and the background/sky/light changes like every second. I dont know how to explain it properly but for example it is night (dark) , 1 second later its day (light), a second later its early morning, the next its this northlight-setting. I am a newbie to modding and stuff and really dont know how to fix this... Thanks for helping me :)
