  1. All I'm looking for is a decent looking one-handed spear. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've searched and searched. I've downloaded Immersive Weapons because in one of the screenshots I saw a spear and now I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know if the spear shown in this image still exists? It's in the http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27644/?. Let me know if anyone else has suggestions.http://static2.nexusmods.com/110/mods/110/images/27644-1-1354380965.jpg
  2. I think a great mod would be an alternative to your character dying. Your characters death in the game is not immersive in the least bit and actually doesn't punish you anymore than just reloading the last saved game. So we should be punished in an immersive way for "Dying" and I think there a multiple ways this could be accomplished. Lets say you get knocked out in battle,.. think Aragorn in LotR when he and his horse take a dive off a cliff, he wakes up later on the shore of the river. Say you get knocked out by a group of bandits, in this case you could be tied up or locked in a prison cell with little challenges that you have to complete to escape, like finding a lock pick or breaking free. Also, you could be left at a random place outdoors stranded with little to no items. There could be chances that your equipment could go missing if you were attacked by humanoids. When you regain consciousness your character may have any of the following depending on your death conditions or environment: Chance of losing gearChance of losing weaponsChance of losing goldChance of being temporarily crippledChance of being diseased Now this idea has been partially implemented before right here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29312/?, but I think this can be greatly expanded upon. Let me know what you guys think.
  3. Well it's probably safe to say SMIM and an ENB were used, possibly Skyrim HD 2k or 4k textures. SFO and Lush Grass maybe. I've never seen that armor or sword though.
  4. I'll second Frostfall, Realistic Needs and Diseases and Hunterborn 100%. It changes the way you play the game and makes the game much more immersive.
  5. RealVision ENB Performance isn't a bad choice compared to other ENB's.
  6. I personally thing the most efficient way of doing this is installing XCE, then UNP and SG Female Textures Renewal. Then you won't need to worry about better males, better faces so much.
  7. Yeah it is tedious. You can mellow it down all you want though. Even with is scaled down it still adds a nice element to the game and it really compliments Frostfall's immersion.
  8. The mod author of Get Snowy says this on his page: "Keeping it simple philosophy: Get Snowy doesn't do everything, and it never will because it doesn't use scripts at all. Meaning No Save-Bloat, No Crash to desktop, No need for SKSE, and a simple safe uninstall." What issues have you been seeing on it? I've been using it and haven't had a problem so far. I've read that it's a great alternative to Wet and Cold which does use scripts.
  9. This mod changes stances and idles. I've yet to install it because I'm at work but here's the link: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/15930/?tab=2&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D15930&pUp=1
  10. I just don't see a way that this game will be worth playing. Any who likes traditional TES game play will be disappointed with this game. Why couldn't they just make the next TES game be co-op or up to 5 players?
  11. If you like immersion these are pretty cool and light weight: skyBirds - Airborne Perching Birds - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23771//? Birds and Flocks - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11555//? Birds of Skyrim - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17723//?
  12. Yeah this is with Vanilla voices. I'll be home in a bit to make sure it's happening to all NPCs that have multiple lines of speech at once.
  13. Hey Guys, Sorry if this is a known issue, but I haven't been able to find anything through searches. During my game-play yesterday I noticed when NPCs speak more than one sentence they wont pause between their sentences. It's painfully distracting and I'm hoping that anyone is aware of this and whether it sounds like it could be caused by a mod or is simply from the 1.9 version Skyrim. I've noticed this with Ulfric and the Theive's Guild's Brynjolf and very well could be affecting all NPCs as I've only started questing recently. I'm running mostly texture mods (2k textures and RealVision ENB) with Climates of Tamriel with their sound addon. I'll be able to get more details later today. I appreciate any help. Thanks, Hashwagon
  14. Judging by how well my computer handles the Skyrim mod WARZONE I'm really looking forward to a Wasteland Defense mod. I think the Skyrim engine handles combat better than FO3:NV did so we should have some pretty intense battles if or when the mod comes out.
  15. Here is a video I found on youtube and would show what Real Time Settler could possibly be like in Skyrim. I believe the guy that created this town did not use a mod of any kind but it should serve as a good example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hef38KRaNG0
