Alright, I manually uninstalled Enhanced Lights and FX mid-game and now some of my windows won't load. I've validated my steam files and it said that I restored one file. Here's my loadorder. Actually, found out that it was Enhanced Light mod which was causing the issue. Apparently it conflicted or something or the other.

I'l just start this by saying that this is an isolated issue only to whiterun. Whenever I go to an interior in whiterun certain floors will not load.
