Difference between this and SkyRE, it will not be adding new spells but balancing ones in Skyrim. Enchanting / Alchemy / Blacksmith will have forced-cap values, even potions / equipment in your inventory will be checked and detects things are abusivly overpowered. Using the restoration glitch to create fortify enchanting potions Potions will no longer be able to exceed a capThis means you will never see a potion exceed 100% Fortify EnchantingCap will differentiate on Difficulty Settings(Ex: Adept might be able to get between 80-100% Fortify Enchanting, while Legendary will might see 45-50%)Ok, i can drink multiple potions to get beyond this it will just take a very long time to do so.... NOPE, Think againEnchantments on Armor for "Fortify Enchantment" may never exceed 50% total (n)Equipment, anything beyond that is a waste (Depends on the Difficulty Settings)What if i changed the Difficulty settings just to use Adept Scaling, then switch back to Legendary?
