Hello everyone, I've reached level 30 on NV and despite I have all the DLCs the game won't let me continue levelling up. Mods are not working either, for this purpose. Anyone has an idea of what may be happening and what can I do? Thank you in advance

Hello, I am using this forum for the first time in... I can't remember since when I am member of Nexus Mods. Thing is, I would like to translate mods to my native language (Spanish) to offer them to a wide range of public. The problem is that I lack the knowledge to manipulate a mod to change the dialogues. I would appreciate if you guys told me what software do I need (if I need one) and what are the files I have to manipulate and how can I access them. In addition, I would like to make collaborations with creators as well. They can send me the text and I translate it to my language and I send it back and they can upload the translation as well as the original file. I would only like to have a line in the description saying I made the translation. I just think all the people who make something possible need a little recognition. Having said all this, thank you in advance from a clueless person in computer sciences and I hope I haven't break any rules of the forum without noticing.
