After a full wipe, I reinstalled the game and added all my mods again except for ones that are no longer on Nexus anymore, now everything is fine. I guess it must of been a Mod Conflict that went unnoticed as I never examined or found a Legendary since it occurred for a while. So problem resolved I guess.

Lately, the game will freeze (Music continues to play until the current song ends) when I pick up a Legendary and later noticed it's just examining something. I've looked around but I can't seem to find the cause... At first I thought it was my CC skins I got while they were free, but it wasn't an issue when I reskinned all my gear with the Vault-Tec Paint from CC the day Fallout 76 was announced. I've also tried verifying game files, lowing the graphical settings to Low and updating my Drivers but it still happens... I don't know what else it could be? Any help would be appreciated...

Nevermind, after some more tutorials and searching I found the right way to edit levelledlists.

I was trying to use the Creation Kit to modify NPC equipment, adding Modded outfits to their possible outfits, but I can't seem to find the Modded outfit in the list boxes. Am I missing something obvious?

I have a problem with the new perk ranks added by Far Harbour DLC. I did a search but couldn't find anything about it, so I thought I'd ask myself. The DLC adds more ranks to a few of the Perks. The two which I have maxed before the DLC and show the problem are Strong Back and Lone Wanderer. They both show as grey now but even if I put a point into them they stay grey and they are slightly out of place in the perk page. I took some pictures. I do have a few mod's that alter perks but I have not altered those two so not sure if that is the cause. Anyone else have this or know of any fix? Any help will be appreciated.
