ISP's who charge $50+ a month and cannot keep service up should compensate their users. When your entire life revolves around the internet (sad as it may be) and you are working from home + gaming competitively from home, you need a stable connection. If you are paying for a connection to the internet and they cannot provide it in a stable manner that stays up, then yes, I want compensation. The compensation they give is a dollar value calculated by number of service days down/disrupted and how many are in your billing cycle. They will then take that cost and subtract from the next bill. I vote they do that. :)
