Yeah already try iblurdeferred to 6, it makes the shadow more blurred and the blocky things become more blurred, better than before, the blocky still there but become more invisible.

nah, i install the SOUL ENB only for the ENBoost, cause the game keep crashing with failed to render. and installing ENBoost fixed it. In the game i dont use the ENB mode cause it makes my fps drop too low and i instead use Imaginator to replace the ENB setting My SkyrimPref.ini is the same as yours i'll try disabling the ELFX weather and enhancer and see what happens
