  1. seen several mods for increasing droprate of uniques. it's still difficult to find bases for runewords. is it possible to make a mod to add a tab to gheed to sell a selection of elite quality bases?
  2. this was one of my first attempts. it has a widescreen fix that works for SkyUI, and it has one that works for the vanilla UI, but trying to use both of them breaks
  3. No, you asked if there was a solution, I provided the only solution available. There literaly is no alternative. That isn't trolling, that's just providing the answer and you not liking the answer. i managed to cobble together a solution. ultrawide UI fix(https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/15268) originally didn't even work with SkyUI, but i went into it's folder and deleted every swf except "craftingmenu.swf" and that actually worked. it's just skewed a little taller because it's made for 32:9 aspect ratio instead of 21:9. so now i just need a 21:9 version of ultrawide UI fix

  5. no, you're being an asshole. there are solutions out there. if not yet, there are solutions possible within the limitations of the modding system itself. SkyUI can be patched to leave crafting menus alone. so different sections of the UI can be modded independently of each other. there are mods that fix the vanilla crafting menus and UI to work with widescreen. they work without skyUI. i know for a fact they could be patched to only affect the crafting menus and not conflict with skyui, even if i don't know how to do so myself you're just being an asshole because you want to, for some reason. your solution is not a solution, it's just an arbitrary statement from an asshole, and your information is false as well. using a different monitor is not the only solution, and there are definitely solutions, as i have outlined.
  6. you're just trolling at this point man, try harder. i could truthfully answer any modding question on here with "well if you just stopped using mods you woudln't have this problem" and i would be technically correct, and equally as rude.
  7. Wasn't trying to be rude, just trying to answer your question truthfully. If you want me to sugarcoat it: I am so sorry but you might have to consider buying a regular monitor, so sorry! that's even more rude. i have a regular monitor as well. if i wanted to play using it, i woudln't be here asking about mod help. if you aren't going to actually be helpful, sod off. there are mods that fix the vanilla crafting menus without skyUI, and there are mods that make SkyUI work perfectly with widescreen at whatever aspect ratio the monitor is. i'm looking for help, preferably a mod that alters the vanilla crafting menu without borking SkyUI, or, if not, a rundown on how to edit the UI elements scaling in the console or the ini files.
  8. i'm playing on a 3440x1440 display, 21:9 widescreen. i'm using SkyUI with the complete widescreen fix, but i hate the SkyUI style for the crafting menus. Adding vanilla crafting menus for skyui comes with an issue though. the position of the item being crafting in blacksmithing is off, as is the scale, and the rest of the vanilla crafting menu elements are cut off at the bottom of the screen, most importantly the part that lists the required materials to make the selected item. i can't find any way to edit the scale or positions of the UI elements in the crafting menu by itself. everything i've found screws up everything else along with it. complete widescreen fix(https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1778) for "skyui and vanilla" causes skyUI to utterly break if i use the version in the optional files section that fixes crafting menus. is there any way to fix this that doesn't break SkyUI for inventory and everything else?
  9. oh thank you! i'll try it out right now
  10. there used to be a mod for oldrim that put an icon or mark next to an item in your inventory showing if you already have unlocked the enchantment that's on that item. SkyUI for SE puts an eye icon next to books i've already read, so i'm hoping to find a similar functionality for enchants
  11. i'm tired of looking like the illegitimate love child of pennywise and a meth'd out rave junky. i want to be able to customize my look while still keeping the good stats from gear.
  12. does anyone monitor this thread? looking for a mod to let me increase the number of supplies or other items i want to buy or sell by more than one at a time. it's annoying when i want to buy 200 copper but have to click it 200 times
  13. frosty doens't even have an installer. it's just a compressed archive with the files and no readme or instructions. it's own website has no instructions.
  14. the responses in this thread are a stunning and vibrant example of how to provide partial answers that go nowhere. the frosty mod manager site doesn't say how to use it, it's just an archive file with no readme included. this forum has no stickied threads on how to get started, or an intro to modding the game. it's just a mishmash of unsorted crap with no hints as to how to find actual help.
