I'm creating a model replacement mod and so far so good until I the result in-game. Some part of the textures that supposed to show up wit transparent background have a black background. You can see on the head, there should be a words on the forehead with transparent background but it's full black. Is there a way to fix it?

The title says it all. Imagine fighting against headless ape with Rules of Nature playing in the background.

Anyone please? I really have a very little clue how to make the mod and it sucks if nobody do it instead.

I have the Gray Fox model from Metal Gear Rising. The model is currently has the textures but not rigged because I couldn't find the proper tutorial how to port the model into Sekiro so I could start rigging it properly just for the game. It would be best if any of you modder willing to port the model on my behalf. I will send all the files if you accept my offer.
