Whenever I submerge my character underwater the screen immediately goes gray, and this is not exclusive to just one character... it is all of them including brand new ones with and without any mods activated. I regain visability after I resurface, but underwater I can't see anything. I have tried everything that I could think of, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Okay, so I bought the Dawnstar expansion off of Steam (woot steam sale) and as soon as I gain the master vampire perk at the beginning of the tutorial for how to use said skill tree, I am immediately flagged as an enemy by all of the NPCs in the castle, I literally come out the door of the room where you regain conscienceness and I am attacked by everyone in the castle, no agro actions taken. I thought at first that it might have been a mod conflict, so I went through and reinstalled Vanilla Skyrim, same thing, new game, no mods. Any ideas at all?
