The food icon in the settlement build menu is completely missing, I cannot build any food fro my settlements..... PLZ help!

I've been having a lot of trouble with settlement building mods recently. All of the item icons from mods ( Homemaker, Northland, BYOP, ETC ) have all disapeared. This problem persists across all of my settlements; I can select the item, but it is invisible with no navishing. At first I thought this was an issue with the Place Everywhere mod, but after completely uninstalling the mod, the icons remained invisible. Since then, I have uninstalled every building mod one at a time, but with effect on the problem. PLZ HELP.
