  1. I've had this problem in interiors (in addition to some exterior shadow striping) and I have an Nvidia GTX 560, so it's not exclusive to AMD cards. Usually for me, disabling lighting mods fixes it. The first time I encountered the flickering, it went away when I uninstalled Enhanced Lighting and FX. More recently, I fixed it again by disabling the interiors modules of Realistic Lighting Overhaul. The author of RLO claims that some flickering issues will be fixed in the next update. However, if mods aren't your problem, I suggest some ini tweaking, such as what's detailed in Post 2 here: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/538874-flickering-shadows-driving-me-crazy/ and post 1 here: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/858031-flickering-shadows-driving-me-mad-please-help/. There are good shadow settings here http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19632 and here http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/148, which greatly improved my overall shadows and might help you as well.
  2. I haven't done this quest, so maybe you're missing something, but quests can sometimes get messed up. You can use the console to manually enter what stage you want to be at with this console command: setstage <quest ID> <stage #> Check the wiki to find out the quest ID and the stage numbers http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:No_Stone_Unturned#Quest_Stages. If you want to be up to stage 40, for example, of No Stone Unturned then you would type into the console (no quotes), "setstage TGCrown 40".
  3. Did all these issues start when you updated the driver and installed directx? If so, that would seem more likely to be the problem than the game or mods. Did you try rolling back to your old driver? Why are you installing directx? Windows comes with directx, so you shouldn't need to install it. You could also try running the game in compatibility mode, if you haven't already.
  4. Previous updates of Wet & Cold caused this. To fix it, just update the mod to its latest version.
  5. That kind of reminds me of this Assassin's Creed armor: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=31401 in that there's a cape on the side, but that particular armor could probably be converted for Oblivion if it's in Skyrim.
  6. Hourglasses bother me to no end because they're everywhere, but they don't match the detail of the retextured rest of my game. I would love to make 'em purty, but I can't find .dds files for them anywhere- only the ones for the sand inside.
